    1.  Each client will be asked to read the Privacy Policy displayed on
    our website prior to receiving any service provided by Balanced
    Concepts Ltd. All clients will also be asked to sign a waiver before
    they receive any service.

    2.  Trish Leclair is a Holistic Nutritionist and natural health ADVISOR
    and TEACHER who deals strictly in helping people to improve their
    general health and fitness through better nutrition, improved lifestyle
    and health habits and positive mental attitudes.

    3.  All clients must understand that the staff of Balanced Concepts Ltd
    have access to the private information provided by clients. All
    information provided to the staff of Balanced Concepts Ltd is kept
    confidential. Please read our Privacy Policy.

    4.  Trish Leclair and staff of Balanced Concepts Ltd are NOT
    licensed physicians and cannot diagnose diseases, prescribe drugs or
    recommend treatments for specific disease conditions.  

    5.  All evaluations performed by Balanced Concepts Ltd are designed
    to evaluate the inherent constitution and temperament of each client
    for the sole purpose of helping to improve their general health through
    nutrition, habits and attitudes.  All evaluations cannot determine
    specific disease conditions a client may have and do not replace the
    diagnostic services offered by licensed physicians.

    6.  Balanced Concepts Ltd neither claims nor implies that any
    instruction, advice, counsel, suggestions, recommendations, services
    or products they provide, whether in person or by e-mail or by
    telephone, will cure, treat, prevent or mitigate any disease condition;
    but are provided solely for the purpose of increasing energy,
    supporting the natural function of body systems and otherwise
    improving general health and fitness.  

    7.  Any opinion regarding any saliva or blood test results provided by
    any staff of Balanced Concepts Ltd will be a nutritonal interpretation
    of those results and is to be used as an educational tool for personal
    health purposes.   

    8.  Balanced Concepts Ltd does not suggest that any client cease any
    medical care he/she may be currently undertaking.  The decisions that
    any client makes regarding their health care and the health care of
    those under their guardianship are their own responsibility and they
    are not to hold Balanced Concepts Ltd responsible for the
    consequences of their decisions.

    9.  Trish Leclair, the owner and Director of Balanced Concepts Ltd.,
    believes that the body has the ability to heal itself and maintain
    optimal health when provided with simple and natural methods such
    as rest, nutrition, herbs, exercise, attitude changes and stimulation of
    its energetic points (through acupuncture, acupressure, meridians,
    massage, chiropractic, etc...).
